Information we handle

We handle account and contact details, business information, claim or review evidence, owner-uploaded media, transaction records, and technical or analytics data needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use it to publish and maintain profiles, authenticate owners and administrators, process requested services, respond to support needs, measure site performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Google Maps Platform

Business pages may request Google Places photo content on demand. Mr. 843 stores the Google Place ID and the selected photo position for this feature, rather than storing Google photo files or temporary media URLs. Google processes requests under the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, payments, and approved content processing. We retain information for as long as needed for the service, security, audit, and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

Your choices

You may ask to correct business information or contact us about personal information associated with your account or claim. Some records may be retained where required for security, transactions, or law.
